In todays video I'm talkin' about telling your reasons why you can't to hit the road Jack and don't come back.
Part of getting breakthrough is recognizing what's holding you back. Maybe you want to lose weight and you seem to fail over and over again. Whatever it is, you can do it! Here's 3 ways to overcome your reasons (excuses) why "You Can't."
1. Recognize that you are holding yourself back. We all have old tapes that play in our head. We've all gone around the same mountain several times and not reached the top. It's time to take responsibility and acknowledge that you are the only one holding yourself back. Don't beat yourself up, we've all been there. Don't be a victim either. If you know you sabotage yourself, then it's time to make a decision. Either get happy with your current life or get on with making changes. If you need help, get it!
2. Write all your reasons as to why you can't down. Make a list, a long list is fine. What ever the old tapes are, get it on paper.
3. Next time you hear an excuse in your head or you hear yourself saying it; tell it to Hit The Road Jack And Don't Come Back! This will be a process. Sometimes this is the hardest part of the journey but we have to put in a CD instead of a tape.
